Class / Camp Description
Learn to perform in musical theater by honing your skills in “Glinda, Dorothy, Wiz”! In this revue we will work and perform excerpts from the very popular Broadway show and movie “Wicked 1 & 2”, the classic “Wizard of Oz”, and the soulful “Wiz”! Whether you are a beginner or a veteran performer seeking more experience, Memphis Youth Musical Theater offers opportunity to be coached in acting, choreography, and vocals so that you will shine your best in theater auditions and performance. There will be a parent performance on the last day of the session in the studio. Attire for workshop: Regular clothes and black jazz or ballet shoes. Costumes are provided, but parents may be asked to send in items such as shoes or leggings for the show, and underclothes. For more information on MYMT visit our page on this website

Cancellation Policy
75% minus any credit card processing fee refund is given if a student withdraws within 24 hours prior to a second class during the Spring and Fall Semester. No refunds will be given after the second class except in the case of a physician-verified illness. No refunds are given for COVID closure. In the event of COVID closure we offer excellent online class or camp. No refunds for Summer camps / classes unless requested three weeks prior to the camp / class start date. At that time a 75% minus any credit card processing fee refund will be granted. There is no pro-rating and no makeup classes. Tuition is not transferable to another session. Students cannot attend class until full payment is made. There is a $35 fee for cancelled checks. CBT reserves the right to cancel classes due to inclement weather conditions or teacher illness. In the event of a weather condition, you will receive an email. Please check your email. There are no makeup classes for inclement weather conditions.
