Class / Camp Description
Performance Opportunity in Clara & the Nutcracker in roles such as the Princess Dolls, Wee Mice or Reindeer. Pre-ballet & Tap class for boys & girls at Children’s Ballet Theater offers children a warm, encouraging and fun atmosphere with our beautiful traditions of classical ballet with French terminology. Each class at our dance studio includes pre-ballet, tap, creative movement, fun with ballet props, and choreography . Students will learn dances set to classical ballet music as well as kids’ ballet songs. This level will have a Nutcracker theme and learn dances from the show! Students have the choice to appear in the Tennessee Ballet Theater Clara & the Nutcracker! Each semester and new year the syllabus and dances are changed to ensure that students have new material. If you are in the performance, you will sit out front with your parent after the first act intermission. (Note:Your 2-for-1 discount will appear as 50% off each ticket at checkout). Cancellation Policy
75% minus any credit card processing fee refund is given if a student withdraws within 24 hours prior to a second class during the Spring and Fall Semester. No refunds will be given after the second class except in the case of a physician-verified illness. No refunds are given for COVID closure. In the event of COVID closure we offer excellent online class or camp. No refunds for Summer camps / classes unless requested three weeks prior to the camp / class start date. At that time a 75% minus any credit card processing fee refund will be granted. There is no pro-rating and no makeup classes. Tuition is not transferable to another session. Students cannot attend class until full payment is made. There is a $35 fee for cancelled checks. CBT reserves the right to cancel classes due to inclement weather conditions or teacher illness. In the event of a weather condition, you will receive an email. Please check your email. There are no makeup classes for inclement weather conditions.
