PK/JK Pre-Ballet ( Tuesdays )

Class / Camp Description

This Preballet Class for boys & girls teaches the unique and beautiful traditions of Russian and 'French classical ballet in a warm and encouraging atmosphere. Each class includes pre-ballet, creative movement, and fun with ballet props. Students will also learn dances set to classical ballet music including favorites such as “Sleeping Beauty”, “Nutcracker” (fall semester), “Angelina Ballerina” and more. This spring semester’s theme is “Rapunzel”! Each semester and new year the syllabus is changed to insure that students have new material. Visit our Information/Dress Code page for attire. PKJK perform a recital in the large studio in the spring. Pull-on tutu skirts and headpieces are provided. There is no PKJK fee for recital.

Cancellation Policy

75% refund is given if a student withdraws within 24 hours prior to a second class during the Spring and Fall Semester. No refunds will be given after the second class except in the case of a physician-verified illness. No refunds are given for COVID closure. In the event of COVID closure we offer excellent online class or camp. No refunds for Summer camps / classes unless requested three weeks prior to the camp / class start date. At that time a 75% refund will be granted. There is no pro-rating and no makeup classes. Tuition is not transferable to another session. Students cannot attend class until full payment is made. There is a $30 fee for cancelled checks. CBT reserves the right to cancel classes due to inclement weather conditions or teacher illness. In the event of a weather condition, you will receive an email. Please check your email. There are no makeup classes for inclement weather conditions.
